1. How does shipping work, and when will tracking be available?

For orders delivered within the Netherlands, handling takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and transit takes 1–9 business days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time is 10:00 PM Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+8). Tracking details are emailed after your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Track your order: You can use the tracking link in your email or check your order status at Order Tracking or 17TRACK.

2. How do returns, refunds, damaged items and missing parts work?

You have a statutory 14-day return period from the day after you physically receive the product. Contact us before sending anything back and follow the instructions in our Refund Policy.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect delivery: contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days, with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label and all parts received. Please keep the packaging and do not install a damaged or incorrect item.

Refund timing: eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days. It normally takes a further 1–7 business days for the funds to appear in the original payment account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Where can I find the installation manual, and how is the product installed?

Every parcel includes the product-specific installation manual. Please read it before starting work and keep it for future reference.

Installation and mains connections must be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. Isolate the mains, confirm the ceiling support and outlet, check the supplied parts against the manual, set the suspension height, secure the fitting, install the specified bulb, and test only after the electrician has completed the connection.
